booking policy

All deposits are redeemed against the final bill, or if you're just in for drinks we'll run a tab of your deposit amount at the bar for you once all guests have arrived!

 

Deposits are non-refundable however are redeemable on the day against each guest at the table, if there are any changes to the booking please make us aware as soon as possible to avoid losing out on any of the deposit. 

 

All tables have a designated 2 hour window, in order for us to be able to give you the best experience we ask that all guests arrive at the booking time, any empty tables after a 15 minute grace period may be given to guests on a waiting list.

please be aware that all function bookings made at the ugly duck's function suite are secured with a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.

ONCE A DEPOSIT IS PAID THE DATE IN QUESTION IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR ENQUIRIES AND THEREFOR NOT AVAILABLE TO NEW ENQUIRIES.

ALL FUNCTION BALANCES ARE DUE 14 DAYS PRIOT TO THE EVENT DATE.

DUE TO OUT LICENSING LAWS, UNDER 18'S ARE NOT PERMITTED TO BE ON SITE AFTER 10PM.

REFUND POLICY

EVENT TICKETS

Once a ticket is purchased for any event hosted by The Ugly Duck, it is considered final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Please ensure your availability before purchasing tickets as this policy is strictly enforced.

If you are unable to attend the event you may transfer your ticket to another person. The Ugly Duck holds no responsibility for any third-[arty ticket transfers, and any arrangements must be made between the ticket holder and new attendee.

In the unlikely event that The Ugly Duck needs to cancel or reschedule an event, ticket holders will be notified via email and provided with alternative options which may include refunds or transfers to a rescheduled date.

By purchasing a ticket to any event at The Ugly Duck, you agree to our no-refund policy and these terms and conditions.
